pxx411. Typical "Moult syndrome"... Dry, soles and palms are always affected. The face never affected... Very rare for females and common for males... patient often have a "Black syndrome" as well. Relapse is common. Can fallow a allergic reaction (stevens Johnson...) but often no specific prodrome or known cause...
